Had safety precautions. Met as soon as I arrived. Checked the history of my car and saw I needed spark plugs changed. Thought it would take longer but total service completed in less than an hour. When I was finishing up Ray went over everything and told me I'd probably need tires next trip depending on how much I was driving the car. Told me if I could wait till October the special was buy 3 tires and fourth free. Good to know. More

Everyone is friendly, courtesy and very attentive to your needs. The number one for me is their HONESTY and I can say that because another toyota dealer tried to take advantage of me, I guess because I was needs. When I came to Sunnyside I didn't mention my previous experience until after they serviced my car. 1. I didn't get a phone call stating I needed additional work done and 2. It was not recommended that I needed any of the work done I was previously told I needed. I would recommend Sunnyside to anyone looking to buy or service their toyota. More
