I have always been impressed with Sunnyside. However my last visit for recommended service was not great. I think your associate could use a little more training. I gave her my new phone number (which should have been put in the computer previously) and she tried to contact me on the old number. She neglected to advise the service dept. that I also wanted new windshield wipers. So the car was not ready when I arrived for pick up. She could not delete my old phone number, so I suspect that It is still in your computer along with the correct number. She was very pleasant and this will not effect my overall opinion of Sunnyside. More

Love the dealership. I came in for my maintenance checkup. I had a problem with 1 of my tires. Ive come to the dealership every 2 months or so for 6 mos because the tire light came on & the tire wa checkup. I had a problem with 1 of my tires. Sunnyside took my appointment almost immediately. Had an odor of a decomposing animal that I was unable to find upon looking through the car and engine. An hour's search was quoted at $100, but I was only c odor of a decomposing animal that I was unable to find upon looking through the car and engine. No cause of smell discovered, but smell has dissipated rapidly (maybe something dead on tires, or stuck to car underside which fell off). Thanks for the quick response and great price. More
