The only reason I rated the service fair and not excellent is that the oil wasn't changed on the final service like promised the appointment before. The car, which is only used be my wife, doesn't r excellent is that the oil wasn't changed on the final service like promised the appointment before. But because the time elapsed since the last service included cold winter weather and because I specifically asked about if it would be changed on it's last service and was told yes, I expressed surprise that it wasn't. Great service and products finally had my battery changed after 8.5 years of owning my vehicle . The waiting area is comfortable staff is very nice and professional.
