I came in to have my tire fixed and my passenger side mirror fixed. I received a brand new tire under the tire package I received and a brand new side mirror was put on all at no charge to me. I CAME IN FOR MY 6 MONTH CHECK. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE AND HOUR. AND THAT WAS ALL IT TOOK. MY CAR IS A 2OO7 YEAR TOYOTA SEDAN. IT ONLY HAS 5500 MILES. I DON'T DRIVE AS MUCH DUE TO MY AGE. Brought my car in for an oil change / new wipers / tire rotation. Left the car at the dealer, picked it up only to find tires had not been rotated. Brought it back the following day and waited over an h rotation. Left the car at the dealer, picked it up only to find tires had not been rotated. There was a problem with the front and back windows having a film on them. The car had a defective panel below the rear window that was releasing gasses causing a film to form on windows. The film which had formed on front and back windows was not cleaned. Leaving it up to me to do the cleaning. I am a senior citizen The film is extremely hard to get off. The extreme slant of each window makes cleaning very difficult. The cause of the problem was repaired; the effect was not. To sum it up the responsibility to get the film off was Toyota’s, not mine More
