I brought my 2019 Highlander in for a recall on a fuel pump and scheduled maintenance. I also asked that they check out a rattle in the passenger rear door at highway speeds. Christine got me in with no appt. and was serviced in only a little more than an hour. I spoke with Mike in the service area and he reviewed the analysis of my RAV.
