I brought my Tundra (which I bought there some years ago), in for a possible transmission problem. Scott the service manager told me it needed a new transmission. (no other options) $4800. I took it to a Tranny shop and got a complete repair (works perfect) for $800. Guess I wont buy my next vehicle from Sunnyside Toyota. I may also have to share my printed estimate from Toyota and my actual repair bill from the tranny shop to all my social media accounts.
