Went in for follow-up appt, previous appt. found nail in tire, had to order. This appt. Was to replace Tire, waited 3hrs in crowded waiting room. Finally get car, tire pressure light on. Then I was told my front passenger tire pressure sensor light went, $250! Wow... problem with that sensor was not there after my 1st appt. Which diagnosed my tire issue. The light was not on after that appt.! More

There are multiple reasons for my low service rating. First, I have waited an extra two-three hours for appointments I was told would take one-two hours at most. If the appointments are expected to take longer, I would like that to be communicated to me before the appointment. Second, staff members present at the time of my appointments were rather rude when I questioned when my vehicle would be ready after having already waited over an hour the expected time. Third, I have expressed concerns with my new vehicle and received multiple explanations from different employees, but no proper solutions. The issues are still occurring which is unsettling. I hope the issues I am having and communicated have been documented and will be taken more seriously in the future or I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

In all of the years I have been going to get my car serviced I have seen many service departments and all of them have been run about the same. They act like they are doing you a favor for working on y serviced I have seen many service departments and all of them have been run about the same. I have taken my last 3 cars there for service and a truck that I bought used from them . The truck is not a Toyota brand. But they havent failed me . A great team from start to finish. More
