The service I received was good. The problem lies in the fact that I took my car in with everything functioning well. I got it back with a muffler problem that is now going to cost me over $600 to fix. I no fact that I took my car in with everything functioning well. I got it back with a muffler problem that is now going to cost me over $600 to fix. I noticed the unusual sound it was making immediately upon picking it up and called right away. After checking, the service personnel informed about me about the muffler and told me it couldn't have been anything that happened during servicing. I am not happy. More

I had a scheduled tire change/front end alignment on October 28. 8 AM appointment. A little disappointing that my car was there for two hours and 15 minutes. I purchased my Tacoma in early May of 2020. The sales experience was about as smooth as you could ask for. About six weeks later (4k miles) the body mounts started making noise. I took it in and explai experience was about as smooth as you could ask for. About six weeks later (4k miles) the body mounts started making noise. I took it in and explained the right front was worse, but that both mounts squeaked. They changed the right mount so I had to return the truck again a few weeks later to get the left changed. There's a mount still squeaking and my cruise control occasionally doesn't work. I texted their service personnel of the cruise issue and explained that once in a while I get a message that says "Radar Cruise Control Unavailable Clean Sensor." The sensor for the Tacoma is mounted behind the grill and the face of the sensor is protected by a big Toyota emblem. I told them that the sensor and Toyota emblem was clean and their response was "clean the sensor." It was 60 degrees. What are they imagining? A dead bat splayed out across the grill? I have had this vehicle for less than 8,000 miles and I'm already considering trading it for a different brand. The acceleration stumbles throughout the powerband, the mileage is terrible, the problems are plentiful, and the response is lackluster at best. More

Flawless from beginning to end. First vehicle that I ever had to order without seeing one in the lot or with any of the desired accessories. Everything came in as ordered.
