9:30am oil change appointment, 12:30 still not ready, 10 minutes later ready but no car wash. Everything was okay except for the fact that I arrived for a 215 pm appt at 210 PM and did not leave until just before 4 PM. My vehicle is only 6 months old and only really needed a tire rotation. I was never updated during that time, and no one apologized for the length of time it took. When I asked if it normally takes this long for a routine maintenench chek, I was told simply that they had been running at about an hour for most of the day. If I were having to pay from my appts, I would never return to this service center. There is a pandemic going on. If you are that behind, at least let your customer know you are running behind. I would have opted to reschedule rather than sit there for almost 2 hours. UNACCEPTABLE. I had a great experience here when buying my vehicle which made this all the more disappointing. More
