I had a completely flat tire that was suppose to be fixed by roadside assistance. But has bee slowly leaking over the past month. I had an appointment on 9/17/20. I ordered one and made an appointment to bring it back in the following Tuesday. Well I don't know what service did, but it was completely flat the next morning , so I could not go to work. Then had the car towed to Sunnyside. I know I did not have an appointment , but this was because my tire was not put back properly. I was told that tires are urgent so they would fit them in the appointments when they can. I figured on waiting about an hour at the max. But 3 hours , just to put on one tire. Its crazy. I am a nurse, and was all dressed to go to work . I think they could have did a bit better since I was just there yesterday. It was kind of a continued appointment from the day before. I lost 5 hours of work time and my boss was mad. More
