We waited 2 hours for a tire to be plugged. We had an appointment. Then a service writer told me it takes an hour to an hour and a half to plug a tire. Then another gentleman interrupted and said we wait appointment. Then a service writer told me it takes an hour to an hour and a half to plug a tire. The process was simple enough, it took around 21/2 hours to by a used car. The only problems where they couldn’t show me how-to take the top up or down on the Jeep.
