We waited 2 hours for a tire to be plugged. We had an appointment. Then a service writer told me it takes an hour to an hour and a half to plug a tire. The process was simple enough, it took around 21/2 hours to by a used car. The only problems where they couldn’t show me how-to take the top up or down on the Jeep. Went in for simple oil change checking out the service rep said that will be 34.99.I told him that can't be correct my car takes synthetic oil. Rep said service must have written invoice wrong. He called service and asked "The silver camry 054 you put synthetic oil in right. Iguess his response was yes. I felt the right question should have been what type of oil did you put in the silver camry.Honestly I really don't know what oil is in my car. I was there nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change. Time to find another place to service my car after 9 years with Sunnyside. More
