My 2013 Highlander collects water in the footwell when it rains(not an ac issue). After some time, they determined they could not fix it. What I found annoying was the women who twice suggested shampooing the carpet to eliminate the musty smell knowing the issue hadn't been rectified. Then she handed me a bill for $90 for labor as the car I'd tried to keep dry for the last week pulled up fresh out of the car wash. I just don't think she was listening. I was also surprised one of the techs in the garage wasn't aware of the water issue as there are no shortage of highlander owners complaining of it. More
I get security knowing that my Tacoma gets looked over by the Sunnyside team, even if it's only for an oil change. I value the multipoint inspection and it uncovered a weak battery and "swollen lug nuts" (y the Sunnyside team, even if it's only for an oil change. It's part of that security and not wanting to have a breakdown while I'm on the road or transporting my 2 year old grandson. Everything was handled while I waited. There was a little glitch in that only 21 of the 24 lug nuts were available in the parts department. I did not notice that until the next day when I read through my invoice (it was clearly stated). I only wish I would have read thru it while I was there since it noted the other 3 lug nuts were in route from the warehouse. I called Chris the next morning and she apologized and gave me several options. I didn't want to come back in just for that, so I requested they be mailed to my home. Chris told me I can hold on to them and they could be put on at my next service interval but I'll probably put them on myself. Thanks Chris for helping me out! More

My experience with the service department has always been a good one and this last visit to have the alternator replaced was no exception. The replacement took longer than expected because of the shortage o a good one and this last visit to have the alternator replaced was no exception. The replacement took longer than expected because of the shortage of technicians. But I wasn't inconvenienced because of being supplied with a loaner. The service provided by Christine was superb. Well I had 9:30 am appointment and it took them 3 hours to give me update on my car. My speakers weren’t working I bought extended warranty and I should cover it. I called Toyota extended warranty and they said it was covered I went to metro Toyota I won’t go back to this dealership ever again. I won’t buy another car from them either. More

After 20 yrs. of service for me at toyota. No good service. Brought car nat 10:00 not ready until 5:30.. No one there except someone on phone to take care of me...My tech guy not there.
