Bought vehicle new from there. At 55000 Jeep was losing oil ,i also bought the extended warranty!! My Jeep engine is trashed , they have had it since March 5 2025 , it's now April At 55000 Jeep was losing oil ,i also bought the extended warranty!! My Jeep engine is trashed , they have had it since March 5 2025 , it's now April 27 2025 still no Jeep, neither warranty, factory or extended will fix the engine they say it's my problem. The mechanic at Wetzel told us it's a defect in the engine and doesn't understand why they won't replace it. I have lost my income , and could possibly lose my job. They don't care , won't return calls and they still have my jeep with no engine in it. I still owe on it and I can't work because they have my jeep. DONT TRUST THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED ! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEY DONT CARE ! More

If I could rate zero stars I would. I was in contact with 3 different employees and yet not one of them would help me in what I was needing. I can understand handing me off to a salesman from the manager, bu 3 different employees and yet not one of them would help me in what I was needing.
