I was working simultaneously with another dealer, knew the car I wanted, and essentially was going to decide between the two based on price (obviously) and attitude. Kris sealed the deal - we had chances to talk about all sorts of topics, he followed through on every angle, and at no time was the mysterious and hated "let me talk to my sales manager" disappearing act so dreaded in this business manifest. I plan to go back here in 3 years for my next car, and will request Kris as my salesperson. Well Done!!! He didn't have to sell me on the car - I knew what I wanted, after extensive research - but he did sell me on the dealership with honesty, follow-through, and general humanness. More

I was looking for a Mazda 3 hat I appreciate Angel Torres for being so helpful in me making a decision for a car. The whole staff went over and above. I was looking for a Mazda 3 hatchback. After taking a look at a few cars on the lot, we found one that had what I was looking for while still being in my price range. I was loaned to drive the one I was most interested in for the weekend to test drive I could not be happier with my decision! To top it off, Darnell and Gregory both worked with me to find a way to get my payments to a range I could handle and answered all my questions. They were even able to crunch numbers of how much it would cost for me to paint one of their vehicles if I couldn't find the color I like. That wasn't needed though because I went with the car that was just what I was looking for. I would definitely send friends and family over the Whaling City when they are ready to buy a vehicle.
