Our sales professional and I don't use that term lightly, Mr. Daniel Corriveau, has a firm grasp of the features and benefits of our Mazda CX-5. His low-key, conversational approach to selling was just the right touch. The automotive dealer market is a tough one and all too often perceived to be populated by slick-talking, sometimes unethical sales folks. Mr. Corriveau's demeanor, patience, humor, and product knowledge went a long way to dispel that industry impression.
