I was looking to find a particular car when I noticed one I liked on the Whitaker website. I sent an email inquiring as to whether or not that car was available. I hadn't been away from my computer for more than 10 minutes when Gary Miskowic contacted me to let me know it was still at the dealership. I was so impressed with this fast service as I'd previously contacted 2 popular dealerships in the South metro and hadn't heard a thing from them. AND...Gary had even contacted me on his day off which really impressed me as most people probably wouldn't have gone out on a limb to help a customer on their own time. I met up with Gary a couple days later and he let me take the car out for a test drive. He explained everything I needed to know about the car including accessories I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. He helped me make my decision of buying the car so much easier than my last auto purchase. I didn't feel pressured to buy the car and they were willing to work with me on my terms including giving me what I wanted for my trade-in. Even when I brought the car back a week later because I had noticed a leak and one of the lamp bulbs out, Brian (Service Dept) took care of the problem and even replaced a burnt out bulb that I hadn't even noticed. Buying at Whitaker and working with Gary, Brian and Bob (in Finance) has probably been my most enjoyable car buying experience compared to my previous purchases. I felt totally comfortable and was really impressed with the high level of service I received. I'm so glad I decided to check this dealership out. We were recently looking for a vehicle to replace our 2003 Yukon and found the 2008 Buick Enclave on the Whitaker website. The next day I called and started working with Jerry. My wife and I are very fussy and were unsure of the idea of buying a vehicle we had yet to see in person or drive. We had looked at a few vehicles locally that we were promised were in "mint" condition that ended up being far from it. After explaining what we were looking for and expecting Jerry checked out the Enclave and guaranteed that the car would meet our expectaions. Being we live in Fargo he offered to meet us in Alexandria and said if we arrived and did not find the car to our liking he drive it back to the dealership no questions asked. We met him made the deal at what we feel was a fair price for the car and trade value for the Yukon. We love the Enclave and Jerry took great care of us in a fast, smooth, friendly manner. More

We drove it one more time, where Mike helped us, again very knowledgeable about the car, and we decided we'd get an Enclave. At this point we talked to Steve and he asked us what options we wanted. They did not have a vehicle on hand with all the options we wanted but they found one for us the next day. There was no haggling, they gave us a very fair price to start with. They had all the paper work ready for us when we picked up the car. A little bit of signing and we were on our way. Couldn't have been easier and so far we love the car. More
