I have received numerous emails from this dealership. One was an invitation to schedule an appointment with someone to go over the features of my vehicle. Since most emails from the dealership are trying to sell me a vehicle, even though I just purchased on, I delete them However, when I asked for that email to be resent nothing has happened. I am also waiting on the arrival and installation of an item that was on back order. I seriously doubt it has taken this long to get this part. More

We shopped two other Subaru dealers in town (Bloomington and Brooklyn Park) and after hours upon hours of trying to purchase a vehicle we walked away from both! I then made one quick call to WBL Subaru and and Brooklyn Park) and after hours upon hours of trying to purchase a vehicle we walked away from both! I then made one quick call to WBL Subaru and secured the vehicle we wanted over the phone!! I was kept up to date as to when it was coming in. The sales guy and the finance guy were both incredible. I purchase cars frequently and this was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. I’m also a long time Twin Cities Realtor and know that it takes great staff and experience to ensure a seamless transaction. WBL Subaru was excellent. My son is loving his new car! More
