Dianne, We are sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate situation with your vehicle. However we performed the repairs on your vehicle over 3 years and nearly 40k miles ago. The warranty on repairs is 1 year and 12k miles. More importantly we were informed by the facility that repaired your vehicle, that the problem was due to an unrelated failure of another part that actually caused the concern, and nothing to do with the original repair or parts installed. We did offer to have you bring the vehicle in and have it double checked free of charge; which you declined to do. Unfortunately based on the information we were able to ascertain we are not able to participate further in the repair of the vehicle.

I was not told that you would check out my car free of charge. The owner of the repair shop I took my car too did not say the radiator overheated but your service guy said he did. The repair done on my car at your place was checked be two places and I was told it was a very shoddy job. I would think you would take pride in your work but obviously you just want to cover your butts and day your job was okay which it wasn’t. I will definitely not recommend your place for any services in the future
