There wasn't much knowledgable help available when I went for drive-in service on a Saturday, but when I returned with an appointment during the week, the tech knew right away what the problem was and how mu for drive-in service on a Saturday, but when I returned with an appointment during the week, the tech knew right away what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix, but didn't push me to get it done right away if I didn't want to--told me his car had same issue for 4 years and hadn't reached the critical stage yet.
