I SO appreciate the attentiveness of the Service Rep. I have worked with. She is the best!! She was on maternity leave the day of my appointment - but she and I connected before I had the work done and I have worked with. She is the best!! The service advisor (Nina Larson) was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable period of time. The experience was very good. The major drawback is the cost of doing th and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable period of time. The experience was very good. The major drawback is the cost of doing the repairs at the dealership. It cost over $150 just to set up the diagnostic tool as I had 3 lights on. No root cause was found. I did have new plugs installed as well as brake pad and rotor. While the customer experience was very good, I walked out thinking more about the cost than the experience. More
