This time was a bad experience. 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. We saw many people come and go with their appointments and were told the appointments were just to hold your place. W change with an appointment. We saw many people come and go with their appointments and were told the appointments were just to hold your place. We saw our car just sit there while others that drove in after us were serviced. I think they forgot about us. Not sure if we will get oil changes there again More
