Your e-mail survey request asked me to rate my experience, NOT about rating the Service Center. Your Service Center people have always rated FIVE STARS at each and every visit during our 16+ year experience, NOT about rating the Service Center. Your Service Center people have always rated FIVE STARS at each and every visit during our 16+ year relationship with Whit Bear Subaru. Our problem is with your computer system. Our 2021 Forester Sport is our 6th Subaru from your dealership. About once a month I get trade up promotion e-mail. The trade up mails offer a 2021 Forester Premium or Sport if we trade in our 2005 Forester XT which we haven't had since we traded it on a new Outback Limited in 2009. We've mentioned this several times to dealership employees and they blame it on the computer. FIX the computer! The promotional e-mails are an annoyance. Our real concern is that your computer refuses to allow our printed service receipts to show that we have had a required tire rotation. My research shows our tires are in the vicinity of one thousand dollars EACH before tax, mounting and balancing. We cannot show written proof that we have followed the Maintenance Schedule and warranty requirements. We've had verbal assurance that the tire rotation has taken place, but that does nothing legally for us. I find nowhere to write about our concerns without going to the U.S, corporate level. Do fewer than five star rating surveys ever produce any customer resolutions??? Once again, we have never had anything but satisfaction from your staff in any department, but we are not pleased with your computer. More

I find the service department very helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problems that occasionally arise on my vehicle. Sales work was excellent. Aaron is very responsive - very good. Simply a nice guy. The one item I did not like - a customer signs for a $xx.xxx car and then you go to the finance area and they hit you with 1 good. Simply a nice guy. The one item I did not like - a customer signs for a $xx.xxx car and then you go to the finance area and they hit you with 10 different ongoing support options each costing $1,000. You can easily spend another $10,000. Come on guys - you can do better than this. I don't make spot decisions to spend $1,000 here and another $1,000 there. Not a good process. Hated the entire finance process. More
