Dee was able to get my issue with rain sensing wipers resolved. He also ensured the vehicle was washed (I had to dry it myself). Finally, after the test drive, he had the tech fill it with fuel. The service writer knew I was waiting but rather than come and get me when they were done he sent me a text message which I didn’t get until I got home 2 1/2 hours later. I waited over 2 hours for a 1 h come and get me when they were done he sent me a text message which I didn’t get until I got home 2 1/2 hours later. I waited over 2 hours for a 1 hour service because I didn’t know they were done. Also the driver’s side sun visor makes a loud noise anytime it is moved. The service writer said there was nothing they could do about that. If you can’t fix it I expect you will replace the visor. More
