I tried to book an appointment online. The website indicates you can do so. I got an email say my request was received and somebody would contact me. Weird because they were contact me via email and I'm pretty sure it was a question on the online form. I responded to that email saying to contact me via email and asked if there was availability on Wednesday (the day I had requested with the online form). a couple days later I was contacted again with a message saying 'checking in to see if you a re all set on information. Have you been helped'. I responded saying I had not been helped at all and again asked for appointment availability on a specific day. I got a response back saying that they would let the manager know, nothing else. AT NO TIME DID ANYONE TALK TO ME ABOUT SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT. That is what I originally inquired about and what I specifically asked with every communication. Honestly this interaction was bonkers to me. It made 0 sense. Why have a place on your website where you can request an appointment and then not make appointments!?!? My direct questions were totally ignored. I had to call for service. The girl on the phone was nice and got me in quickly. when I told her about how poorly this had gone with the online request form she said that 'unfortunately it wasn't the first time they'd heard that'. What the heck are you guys doing? You should take that off your website. Honestly my interactions with you guys (I bought my car new from you guys and have been back for service multiple times) have for the most part been decent. I go to you even though I know it's going to cost me more. You are the most convenient dealership to my home and work. After this I'm frustrated enough to go somewhere else. Something so stupid has really gotten under my skin. More
Went there for a post purchase inspection oil change and alignment. I purchased my Forester from another dealership but I wanted a Subaru dealer to look at it. WB Subaru is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I even got a test ride with a technician because I'm new to the CVT transmission. My only real gripe was I wasn't completely satisfied with the alignment. The steering wheel is still a little turned to the left. It's almost perfect, but I can tell it's a little off. The other thing is Subaru America's inability to recommend transmission service in regular intervals in the US. I figured I would get that recommendation, and even asked, but was told it wasn't recommended, even though the car came from CA and FL and had been used to tow cross-country. Canada and Asia get CVT service recommendations, so why is the US different? All-in-all, the service is good and I know from past experience that the parts department is top-notch (need a few parts already). More

My fiance had purchased a used Cadillac here along with an extended warranty, and of course, some of the sensors started flashing (ABS, All Wheel Drive, Etc). He brought it in, and they fixed it, but the e an extended warranty, and of course, some of the sensors started flashing (ABS, All Wheel Drive, Etc). He brought it in, and they fixed it, but the error happened again. The second time he brought it in for the same issue on the other side of the car, they offered him a free loaner for the time he had planned to be out of town, and they had everything all ready for him to pick up on his way out of the cities. Any business can do the bare minimum, but White Bear Acura went above and beyond to make it right and provide excellent customer service - something that's very rare to find these days. Thank you, Donovan, for helping bring us together for the weekend and for taking the stress out of an otherwise stressful situation! More

They always provide good service with a friendly atmosphere. Their waiting area is top shelf and they had good social distancing with all of their employees wearing masks.
