The experience was excellent from the initial purchase to the final pickup and drive away with our new Subaru Crosstrek. We worked with Yvonne and she was excellent in assisting us in the purchase. We initially walked in with the thoughts of buying used but after looking at price comparisons between used and new we decided on new and have been very pleased with the decision. Yvonne was an excellent communicator throughout the process in describing the features of the car, costs, delivery time schedule, and then finally walking us through the features of the car as we became new owners. I can’t say enough in how Yvonne contributed to making our car purchase such a positive experience. And, finally, we absolutely love our new Subaru and the features of the car are amazing from the comfortable drive to the sporty features of moonroof and blue tooth accessibility.
