I brought my car in for regular maintenance- oil and filter change and tire rotation. Charlie noted that my vehicle had a recall notice and suggested I have the service performed that day so I wouldn’t filter change and tire rotation. Other than the usual UPSELLING of add on services and products it was a good. Had a pre-approved loan from my Credit Union in hand so that part went quickly. Jacob was very in tune with what I wanted and called me when a vehicle became available at my price point. Your upselling services are WAAAAAYYYY over hyped. Dealership Service departments are OVER PRICED. As soon as they align with what is available with Good Year, Firestone, etc...., I will consider using one. Until then, you are simply wasting time. At least you are no worse than other dealerships when it come to trying to put lipstick on that pig! Overall a very good buying experience. More
