Everything went great. I was able to get a loaner car so I did not have to wait in the building. By the way, the new Crosstrek I got was a nice car. Too bad I'm not looking to trade in my Forester. I'm sorry but I don't remember the names of the people I dealt with on the phone and in person in your service department but they all did great. I would give them each five stars. I also bought some touch up paint in the parts department and the woman who worked there did a great job of explaining how to use it. Five stars for her too. Update: It looks like I can't submit this review without checking at least one employee so I do know one was a woman She must be Nicole Love. More
