The service manager worked with Subaru of North America and they agreed to cover the repair since my warranty has expired just very recently. Very easy process buying my vehicle from this dealership. The only negative so far is that I bought the vehicle 4 weeks ago today and still have not received my license plates. Don’t know if the delay is from Covid or they forgot to request my new license plates. My wife and I actually bought another vehicle from a different dealership the day after we got our truck from this dealership and received the license plate for that vehicle in 10 days. The vehicle was a 2017 GMC sierra Denali with 24,000 miles on it. It looked brand new, was super clean inside but had this really funky smell that I’m still working on getting out. Reminded me of the Seinfeld episode of the smelly car. Other than the license plate kerfuffle and the funky smell, I’d recommend buying a vehicle from Luther. More
