New 2020 Forester Purchase Went to look at Foresters to replace a 2008 vehicle. Sam was extremely helpful and showed us two, one base model and one from the premium line. We agreed the premium model fit our needs best, and purchased it. We were surprised when we contacted our insurance agent, and the insurance cost was less than the rate on the 2008 vehicle, thanks to the advanced safety features on the new Subaru. Drove the new one away in less than 3 hours. We're a two Forester household now. More

Efficient and Professional We just had our first oil change on our 2020 Crosstrek. Peng in Service was great to work with. He greeted us with a smile and quickly prepared our We just had our first oil change on our 2020 Crosstrek. Peng in Service was great to work with. He greeted us with a smile and quickly prepared our vehicle with a steering wheel covering, temporary floor mats, and advised us that the service would take about 40 minutes. Our vehicle was ready in 30 minutes, car vacuumed, and courtesy car wash. Peng reviewed or service with a detailed printout. He thanked us for our business. Incredibly disappointed by the service provided at White Bear Subaru. Nothing was done without me following up on each step. Would choose to go elsewhere. It was known we were coming from a distance and pro Bear Subaru. Nothing was done without me following up on each step. Would choose to go elsewhere. It was known we were coming from a distance and probably assumed it was a done deal. The two cars discussed were not pulled up even though he knew that time of our arrival. The first one we test drove was filthy. Splatters if polish not rubbed in on the exterior and interior. The car had not been cleaned, food crumbs littered all over the floor. We were not acknowledged upon our return. Went to look at other cars in the lot and then had to wait to be served again. When we finally got to talk to the dealer again, he seemed bothered by our presence, could not adequately respond to our questions nor did he even attempt to find the other vehicle I had mentioned the day before I was interested in. When asked about it he begrudgingly went to locate it. It took nearly 20 minutes for him to find it. We were about to leave when he drove up with it. We test drove it and then the waiting games started again. Finally we got answers to our questions. While I didn’t want to make a sale with the guy, it was a car I wanted so I did. We had a much more personable experience with the man in finance. Which was a delightful change and the only reason I didn’t give this dealership a one star rating. License plates came and they called me to see if I wanted to drive down to get them put on, when it had been discussed for them to be mailed to me due to how far away I lived. I also had to follow up on the other items we had discussed would be mailed to me. Hopefully a one off experience but certainly has left a mark in weather I’d recommend the place or return in the future. More
