Fast and Friendly I had to bring my car in for a recall notice on the rear seatbelts. I was able to get an appointment fast. Recall and other items. Excellent in all respects. They got me a next day service time, they sent me a reminder, and everything that I asked for was handled in about an hour. Excellent in all respects. They got me a next day service time, they sent me a reminder, and everything that I asked for was handled in about an hour. I know the recall was not a quick fix but they did it in the amount of time they estimated to me. I had a couple of other items that I just mentioned to them and those were handled to my satisfaction. I was pleased with the use of masks and the convenience of space available to maintain social distancing. The cleaning of the car was exceptional - not just a wash job. The friendliness of both the sales and service employees was far superior to what I had experienced at a local Toyota dealership located nearby. More

Radio replacement 2019 Subura Legacy needed a new radio. Was replaced but when I drove away, I found no radio sound.Back to dealer. Evidently no one checked finished j 2019 Subura Legacy needed a new radio. Was replaced but when I drove away, I found no radio sound.Back to dealer. Evidently no one checked finished job. They said it should have reset automatically. Disconnected battery and reconnected and radio worked. Now I have a clock to reset and have to reset Sirius. Poor job. More
