Purchased a new Outback Wilderness and I am very happy with Yvonne with vehicle pricing. Vehicle was ready when we arrived even before making a deal. As far as the financing part, I felt I was pressured i with Yvonne with vehicle pricing. Vehicle was ready when we arrived even before making a deal. Sam was great. He was kind and patient as we test drove a few different vehicles. The follow-up after we purchased the vehicle is why I didn't give 5 stars. We were told that we would have a follow-up call to make sure we didn't have any questions about the features of the car, that call never came. We also scheduled maintenance when we purchased our car but the service department didn't know about it until I called them the morning of. They came and picked up my vehicle same day, but then called a week later to come pick up my car. Could have better communication between departments. We would have liked to also have gotten the breakdown of all of the features we purchased when we did the add-on packages. Would have been nice to get the printed page along with the features we purchased highlighted. More
