Dee Dhanraj, the Service Advisor, and the technician(s) who worked on my Subaru Forester did an outstanding job of testing and resolving the battery issue. I find him to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Also, the technicians who work on my Subaru consistently "do the job correctly the first time". Greg Nichols, the Service Manager, also needs to be commended for putting together a knowledgeable and well-trained team.
