Very Good Experience My wife and I stopped in just to test drive a Subaru. We have heard very good things about them over the years. Yvonne greeted us. We first asked if we could just look at the cars in the showroom. After a while we did have questions. Yvonne was very personable and was able to answer everything we wanted to know. We ended up driving a Forrester first. We then drove a Outback. We where really impressed with the outback. We then sat down with Yvonne to get a pricing and see the options available. We decided that the Touring version would fit our needs and wants she found the color for the exterior we liked and it was in stock. We did want to add remote start and a trailer hitch to the cars price. Yvonne gave us the price. She asked if we had a trade and we were not sure if they could give us a fair price. Sure enough they did. Before we knew it, Yvonne gave us a final price that we were pleases with. For “just looking “, we were so impressed with the car and the professional and friendly service we received, we said to Yvonne, Sold! Within an hour we were driving home in our new Outback. No pressure of any kind through the whole encounter. Thanks to Yvonne and Sam for the wonderful experience. I will recommend them and your dealership to anyone that might be looking for a new vehicle. More

Trade up was actually true. Moe was very helpful and curtious. He had a vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Mailing from Subaru said to allow 3 hours for the job. Service rep when I got there said 2 hours or less. Job was done in less than an hour. Very pleased! More
