Everyone that I ran across in the Acura dealership while looking for and buying my truck was very friendly. Julius (my salesman) was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Very friendly and just a pretty cool guy all around. We got along great and he made the process much more relaxing than most salesman I've come across. No pressure, although I knew what I wanted when I walked in there. Peter (Finance) was great to work with aswell and helped me through the financing process with ease. Couple things were wrong with the truck, but I pointed them all out and they had no problem taking care of everything. All in all, great experience! Price was in the KBB range, although I feel I got a great deal on it. Thanks again! More

Understaffed; long wait time; don't post prices on web page I scheduled my appointment online for an oil change. I asked for someone to call or email me to let me know the standard service price, and no-one go I scheduled my appointment online for an oil change. I asked for someone to call or email me to let me know the standard service price, and no-one got back to me. My appointment was at 2:15. I drove my car in and waited and waited for someone to come and speak to me. Several other people were in the same situation. When I was helped finally, I was told by the person checking me in that she had to repair the coffee machine, and that they were a bit backed up. I asked for an estimate of time and she said probably 3:45 p.m. The work took until 4:30 p.m. There is a big sign behind the service desk with the prices of various services. I don't understand why that info can't be posted on the web. Also, the net in the back of my Subaru that is used for groceries etc. had its bolt fall out of the side panel where it is attached. I asked them to look at it and let me know if it could be replaced. When I went to pick the vehicle up I had to ask about this again. They had looked up what it would cost to replace it which would require ordering a part, but she had forgotten to discuss this with me. More

Excellent service I purchased a 2011 Kia from this dealership in January--it's not an expensive car! It had a 30-day full warranty from the dealership. After 3 weeks the rear hatch latch stopped working, so I made an appointment to bring it in under the warranty. They ordered the part and let me know when it was in, and I was able to come in that day to have the latch fixed--and even got a car wash! Throughout this process I was treated as a valued customer, not like someone who bought "only" an inexpensive used car. More
