Great great great customer service!! I have to admit that my experience and service at Subaru was much better than my other recent car shopping experiences. The sales rep, Chris, was so helpful and very thorough about my car shopping experience. Honestly, I knew nothing about anything but he was really really good at his job. The whole process of finding a car went very well for me that I felt very comfortable about what car I wanted in the end. If it wasn't for Chang, I wouldn't of had known anything. Chang was SO patient, SUPER helpful, provided such great service. Hands down to Chang for everything. Thank you so much to Chris and Chang!!!!!! I couldn't believe how easy it was. I ordered the car, a bit worried that the trade-in wasn't negotiated, but it all worked out. The car came in on the date Jay anticipated. The trade-in negotiation was easy, financing quick, and Jay was incredibly efficient in programming the car features while I signed paperwork. I appreciated his attention and recommendations on features and settings. The final 6th star of service, driving away with a full tank of gas!
