Recall Service I've had horrible experiences with this service center in the past. They push unneeded services like they're selling used cars. I've actually avoided I've had horrible experiences with this service center in the past. They push unneeded services like they're selling used cars. I've actually avoided them for all but necessary service because of this. However, my interaction with Dee was much more positive than past visits. He focused on getting the recall done without trying to sell me oil changes, etc. I would've given the visit 5 stars based on my interaction with just Dee, but the service manager emailed be after the visit and asked me to give 5 stars on this review, which I find really pushy. More
