MDX shifting We were experiencing some rough shifting on our MDX. They did a software update and changed the fluid. That and along with taking it out of "sport" mode seems to have taken care of it. I think the 9 speed transmission shifts at a much quicker rate too. The technicians drove comparable MDX's to make sure they shifted the same, which I thought was a good idea. More

I spoke with Mo many times with questions about various models, features, etc. He was always very patient and extremely helpful. I was looking at several different manufacturers and various models. I chose Subaru based on the fact that the Forester Spoirt has the features that I want, the best all wheel drive, good mileage, and it looks great. I spent months looking at cars all over the place. Mo always either had answers for me or found the answers and got back to me in a timely manner. Once I decided on Subaru I sat down with Mo and the finance people and drove my new Forester home that day. I've only had it for a week, but it seems I will have fun and enjoy this vehicle for a long time. I'm 73 years old and don't hear very well. Mo and everybody at the dealership could not have treated me with more dignity and respect. I have owned a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and not all of the buying experiences were enjoyable. Dealing with Mo and others at White Bear Subaru created an enjoyable, fun buying experience. I would definately recommend the dealership, and specifically Mo to anybody looking for a great new car.
