Great Service I came in for front end diagnostics and was later informed a squirrel must have put a black walnut into the front coil spring which caused my concern. They recommended additional service items after the maintenance check and all were done in a very timely basis. More

Good staff, dishonest about upsells I've been here numerous times and overall they do decent work. I haven't had any repairs that they'll go out of their way to investigate-- a previous I've been here numerous times and overall they do decent work. I haven't had any repairs that they'll go out of their way to investigate-- a previous experience had me come back 3 times for a single issue they were being a little lazy with. The most recent was an alignment upsell that I realized later I just didn't need. Overall, it's a good place to take your car, but I wouldn't trust what they tell you. More

Hit and a Miss I went shopping with my son for a used car. Despite being warned by many female friends about the poor customer service given to females at this parti I went shopping with my son for a used car. Despite being warned by many female friends about the poor customer service given to females at this particular dealership we went as my son found a car he thought might work for him via the internet. We were helped Julius when we walked in the door and found him to be very personable. After a test drive and some serious discussion, it came time for the negotiating dance. I gave him what I thought was a very fair offer considering the car had close to 100,000 miles, is a 2008, it's the end of the month/year and the fact that we are former customers as my husband purchased a new MDX 6 years earlier. He went to talk to his manager and came back with a price $300 above my offer which was interesting as Julius mentioned he thought we could get $750 off the price if we bought the car right then and there. It was our first day looking and we had a few other cars on our list to check out but my son liked the one we test drove. After telling Julius we could pay cash and really would like to pay $8,000 vs $8,900 he went back to his manager who would not budge, We decided to buy the car anyway and do you think Julius's manager ever came out to congratulate us? NO! So my son is happy with his new car and I think Julius did a nice job but I am not impressed with upper management at White Bear Acura. For $300 they could have had an eager future customer but I have to agree that as as female, I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth and as many of my North Oaks girlfriends had and they are now servicing their MDX's in Brooklyn Park instead of the White Bear Dealership. More
