Service facilities and waiting room were excellent, although a quiet area for reading without mindless television would be appreciated. Service rep seemed more interested in moving me through quickly than in listening to me or answering my questions. She indicated on the service ticket just the opposite of what I had explained and never answered my question about miles for tire rotation with any precision, just with a vague "whenever you bring it in." When she announced my name to pick up the car, she didn't wait for me and I had to search to find her. Overall, the experience felt hurried and impersonal. More
