Friendly Service and Great Work I needed to get my Subaru serviced because of sliding into a ditch during Saturday evening's snow storm. The service agent greeted me with a smile I needed to get my Subaru serviced because of sliding into a ditch during Saturday evening's snow storm. The service agent greeted me with a smile and wrote down what happened to my car. She indicated that the car would be thoroughly inspected to see what might be damaged from my accident. I waited for the servicing to be completed. It only took about 2 1/2 hours to have the car checked; a front tire to be replaced; and an alignment done. I was very fortunate that my accident only resulted in the cost of a new tire and in the cost of the alignment. The Subaru now drives as good or better than I first got it. The best part of the service experience was that everyone was friendly. They treated me as if I was the only customer. They were very concerned that the correct service was done and that the car would be back to 100% after my experience. The sales person who leased the car to me also greeted me while I was waiting. It was nice to talk with someone who helped me in the past with the lease. Once again, the people at White Bear Subaru are very friendly and care about their customers. Even though I don't know the names of the service technicians who worked on the Subaru, they did a great job. Thanks to you all! More

Service for Faulty Tailgate Mechanicals My 2016 Outback had a faulty automatic tailgate motor. Spoke to Nicole to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. She was very pleasant to work with My 2016 Outback had a faulty automatic tailgate motor. Spoke to Nicole to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. She was very pleasant to work with and said it would be covered. Brought it in later than week to have it fixed. Worked with Nicole to drop it off. Again, very pleasant to work with. The service was estimated to take 90 minutes, but only took 60. Nice! Checked out with with Greg who honored Nicole's quote of Subaru covering the cost. I am very appreciative of that. Donovan followed up with me a few days later via email to make sure my repair went well. Very happy with the whole process overall. More
