I experienced none of that buying my new Subaru Forester. From the first phone call on an inquiry about a Forester, sales-person Moe brought the new car excitement back because I was treated with integrity, respect and Moe asked about what I needed in a new car, and he listened. That’s powerful. At the dealership as Moe worked hard to find the right vehicle for me based on our conversation. I found myself relaxing, smiling and enjoying the experience. When Moe told me White Bear Subaru would make a donation in my name, I felt I had bought a vehicle from a company that pays it forward, that cares about the world not just its bottom line. I will enthusiastically recommend the Forester, White Bear Subaru and Moe!!! More

Worst car buying experience First experience was in October, on a Saturday, not enough staff to service customers, after waiting 40 minutes, walked out and purchased elsewhere. On 28 Nov went to the Subaru dealer ship to check on a used vehicle, they do not handle used car sales. Was redirected to the Acura building. Test drive with Julius went well. However having to sit around for over 2 hours waiting on financing and continually being pushed to buy add-ons during the finance paperwork finalization was frustrating. What part of "No" do they not understand. Will not return for any reason, plenty of other dealerships to have routine maintenance performed at. More
