Amazing service from Great people! I went through the express service lane to get an oil change. Once I got there, I was paired with Ue Vang and I told him about 5 other things that wer I went through the express service lane to get an oil change. Once I got there, I was paired with Ue Vang and I told him about 5 other things that were wrong with my car, from my car vents to my headlight issues. He was very patient and took the time to explain each one to me. What he didn't know, he said he would look into and get back to me. Even though all of the other issues would require a separate appointment, Ue said he would have his team look into them so they could at least inform me of he problem. Within 1 hour, they were done with my car and addressed everything with me at check-out. Peng, who handled check-out was very informative and thorough. I've always had great service here and I don't think I'll go anywhere else! More
