She did a great job explaining the different features and showing me where everything was while we were in the vehicle, before my test drive. She talked me through testing out some of the features while I was driving, and went over everything again after I purchased my new Forester. Almost perfect. Everyone was absolutely fantastic! The car is beautiful and everything that I expected it to be. This being a luxury car, and my arrival being known everything should have been ready for me. some of the trim still had protective wrapping and some the stickers where still on the car. It was in no way was a big issue, just a small thing that could have been better. The staff took care of everything and the manger was great! They even told me to stop by for a car wash once the weather was better. More
