Enjoyed my time leasing my first ever Subaru I never thought I would be driving a Subaru but I'm glad I kept an open mind. I thought I was going to buy a Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander and spen I never thought I would be driving a Subaru but I'm glad I kept an open mind. I thought I was going to buy a Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander and spent a lot of time researching these vehicles and test drove both several times. Well, I decided to stop into the Subaru dealership to check out the 2019 Ascent because I saw one at a restaurant in a parking lot. When we got to Subaru I used the restroom and when I came out my wife had already talked with a salesmen and he brought an Ascent to the door so I could test drive it. Well the rest is history. we filled out the papers that evening for a 3 year lease. We leased the Touring model and it has all the bells and whistles. We love it. More

We just "dropped in" on Pia for our initial meeting. He's got a mind like a steel trap. Do not challenge him to a mental contest. He remembers everything you said and he said -- which is great because we know he was listening and translating our needs into a solution for us. Alex shepherded me through the whole process of arranging the lease, orienting me to the new vehicle, and getting the final servicing done. He did a great job! Chang took us through the nitty-gritty of the document finalization and signing. Quite entertaining, he is! All in all, these three were professional while being great to work with! More

Excellent Customer Service I had been looking for a 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec and knew exactly what I wanted. I had looked in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin at numerous dealerships. I had been looking for a 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec and knew exactly what I wanted. I had looked in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin at numerous dealerships. After having a negative experience at another dealership in the cities, I called White Bear Acura. I dealt with Dan Christopherson & Pia Vang and everything was unbelievably smooth! There was no back and forth that a lot of dealers do. Literally from walking in the front door to having the deposit down for the RDX that was still at the factory was a painless process. There was great communication from Pia throughout the months wait, updating me on when the vehicle left the factory to when it was delivered. I picked it up last night (Oct 31st) and they had everything ready. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was sitting in the car with another salesman going over the setup and learning all the options it had. Finance was a breeze with Chang and everyone was very helpful. This experience has been hands down the easiest car purchase I have ever had. I highly recommend White Bear Acura to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Sales people were great Yvonne spent a lot of time with us going through options and test driving the vehicle we were interested in. She knew we were not ready to buy that day but this didn't sway her and she even arranged for us to speak with and test drive an Acura at the other dealership. Yvonne called us to follow up and alert us when temporary financing rates were very good. She was not available when we were ready to purchase but we worked with Chi who was patient and explained car features in more detail and options that we could purchase for protection and warranty. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and we made sure that both he and Yvonne "made" the sale. More
