Service with shuttle service I thoroughly enjoy the staff at White Bear Subaru. I enjoyed the process of buying my car a year ago fro here. Since purchasing my car from here, I ha I thoroughly enjoy the staff at White Bear Subaru. I enjoyed the process of buying my car a year ago fro here. Since purchasing my car from here, I have used their service center a couple of times for basic service needs. The services are overpriced, but the service team is great. My last experience involved a few service needs, so instead of waiting the few hours for it to complete, I utilized the shuttle option. This decision would prove to destroy my trust in the service center completely. I dropped my car off at 7am and I requested the shuttle service to pick me up at 5pm, which I was told was completely doable. That afternoon, I waited on a curb until 5:45pm before the shuttle showed up - keep in mind that I requested a pick up location that is 15 minutes away from the service center (with traffic). I called multiple times while I was waiting for it and was told multiple times that it was "5 minutes away." Every employee I talked to during this time provided me a different story as to why the shuttle was late and most of the stories contradicted each other. It felt like they were trying to cover up the actual story. If they would have been honest upfront about the delay, I could have found a different way to get back to the service center and I would not have deemed this such a terrible situation. The cherry on top - they were not prepared to discharge my car once I made it back to the service center. I did not feel very valued as a customer throughout this whole process. I do not think I will go out of my way for this service center any more. More
