Strangely paced I appreciated being "left alone" to check out the cars at my own pace. I didn't appreciate the ramping up of the pace once I began to talk finances. Successful first service visit We purchased a 2014 Outback from this dealership just as the warranty expired. Since we had a problem with water intrusion from the area of the sunro We purchased a 2014 Outback from this dealership just as the warranty expired. Since we had a problem with water intrusion from the area of the sunroof that overflowed into the head liner along the front door pillars we chose to use the dealership to diagnose/service this problem as well as complete the 45,000 mile recommended service. Time will tell whether the water leak is resolved, but the service process went smoothly. All was explained clearly and all personnel we dealt with were courteous, friendly, and appeared knowledgeable. More
