Very easy! Making the appointment was a breeze. Since I work within 10 miles of the dealership, they not only drove me to work, but picked me up when my car was Making the appointment was a breeze. Since I work within 10 miles of the dealership, they not only drove me to work, but picked me up when my car was done. They finished the repair on my recalled passenger air bag very quickly, actually within a few hours! My car received a 'complimentary car wash & vacuum of the driver & passenger carpets'. Now with that being said... My theory is they thought they had more time to do this cleaning than they actually did. Because the work order said that this was all completed but when I looked at the floor on the passenger side, my garbage was all tipped out & it was very obviously not vacuumed. I AM NOT COMPLAINING, I did not expect this service & it was a delightful surprise that they offered to do it at all! I'm only mentioning it so that perhaps, in the future, the tasks on the check list would be ticked off AS they were completed instead of beforehand. Otherwise it seems like fibbing, ya know? Again i'm not complaining, I have one clean floor mat & am totally thrilled about it! More
