Responsive to concerns I felt some of the service work recommended by the dealer (and which I agreed to have done) was unnecessary and expensive but didn’t want to refuse it I felt some of the service work recommended by the dealer (and which I agreed to have done) was unnecessary and expensive but didn’t want to refuse it in case of future warranty questions. Upon getting home I checked the recommended service frequency chart in my warranty booklet and found that for normal conditions some of the work that was recommended by the dealership was indeed not necessary. In discussing the issue with the service manager he indicated that Subaru recommends more frequent service for some things because of the climate conditions in our area. Since my use of the car is somewhat atypical, in the future we will use the normal service frequency schedule, not the severe service schedule. I felt that the service manager was responsive to my concerns and I will continue to have my service work done here as long as they do a good job. More

I purchased a Forrester from Jose last year and the experience was great. I was ready to upgrade. I had previously owned 3 Audi and the service at the nearby dealership at Audi was poor. They were all about selling, but the lackluster support and service after resulted in me to move on to Subaru. Great vehicle and service. I ordered the exact SUV I wanted, filled out financing beforehand online so the sales process was a breeze at the dealership. Was contacted right away when the vehicle arrived, drives like a dream. Jose let me test drive the vehicle beforehand to make sure it fit in my very full garage and that was the only deal breaker, but it fit in my garage and I ordered the Ascent that day. Everyone was super cool to work with and highly recommend White Bear Acura & Subaru. More
