My experience with White Bear Acura was quite pleasant as was my salesman, who was also quite knowledgeable about the features of the car I was buying My experience with White Bear Acura was quite pleasant as was my salesman, who was also quite knowledgeable about the features of the car I was buying. I was a little bit disappointed that the power tailgate did not function properly, particularly for a car that was "supposedly" Acura certified with less than 5000 miles on the odometer. Unfortunately, White Bear Acura did not have the part that would have fixed the problem. I am an out of state buyer and I would of had to overnight one, possibly two nights in order to have the vehicle repaired when the part(s) arrived. Now, this will necessitate me going to my local Acura dealer (100 miles away) to have the item repaired, albeit under the car's warranty. But all in all I'm quite pleased with my purchase, aside from being somewhat inconvenienced. On the drive back home (Watertown SD), the car (Acura MDX) performed flawlessly, getting an unbelievable 30 mpg, according to the car's multiple information display screen. More
