The 2015 gets treated with top notch service but there seems to be less enthusiasm for taking care of the 2005. Also, the person who received my car was unable to find a recommended repair record from the last time that the car was brought in, which I was prepared to have completed this time. Overall, good service and will continue taking my Subarus there. More

Review I believe they do a good job, and are certainly accommodating. However, we come in for an oil change and leave with a $280. repair bill. We take an old car in to Toyota for an oil change, and that is exactly what is done and what we get billed for. I really feel they take advantage of an opportunity to do more than is probably necessary. More

Friendly,knowledgeable staff but don't value repeat business This is a real difficult review to make as I've been associated with this dealer for 5 years. I've purchased two new Foresters during that time. Thi This is a real difficult review to make as I've been associated with this dealer for 5 years. I've purchased two new Foresters during that time. This purchase was my 3rd, a trade of my existing for a new model. During the 5 years, the staff has been helpful and fast with replying to messages. I also do all my vehicle service at the dealer and never had a problem. During this latest trade/buy I didn't do market research, not sure why, but I must have assumed that the dealer would value my past loyalty.... and they even knew I would be in the market for a new sedan in a year or so. Long story short, I find that the trade price was not good, and the new vehicle price could have been better too. (Found this out through a buddy I had referred to them for his Forester shopping). Bottom line, I recommend the dealer overall.... but as a consumer you need to do your due diligence for every transaction with them. As others have mentioned in their reviews, even with pre-filling out financial paperwork online... still took 2 hours to complete the purchase upon arriving to the dealer. More
