The dealership sales floor was typical to other experiences I had; it was friendly, clean and inviting. Where White Bear Acura Subaru excelled beyond other dealerships was its sales staff. Moe was amazing. He was willing to walk me through any questions or concerns I had with thorough, honest knowledge. When I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, Moe worked hard to find me a current vehicle with the model/trim/accessories I wanted and came in on his day off to make sure I received my car at a time that worked best for my schedule. I am extremely happy with my decision to test drive and buy through Moe at White Bear Acura Subaru. More

Working with Aaron Smith was a whole different experience. He was knowledgeable, honest, had a great sense of humor - and when he introduced me to a 2012 Subaru Outback (now known as "Precious") I was sold and took her home that day. Super Service I took the car in for a routine 6,000 mile service and tire rotation. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately I don't remember and can't find the individuals who helped me, but they deserve the highest praise. More

Routine Oil Change Service I arrived for my appointment and Jordan had everything all set. Asked about any problems, concerns and asked if it would be okay to wash the car when I arrived for my appointment and Jordan had everything all set. Asked about any problems, concerns and asked if it would be okay to wash the car when the were done. He is always very polite and very helpful regarding any matters with my car. After about 45 minutes he let me know that everything was completed and then we talked about the findings on the service. Car was washed and waiting and the total time was about an hour and a couple minutes. I love Acura and this dealership is very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you for making car service a good experience. More
